These terms cover your use of nutricellabs.com. The site is operated by Plymouth Commercial Services, LLC, doing business as Nutricel Labs ("Nutricel Labs", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Nutricel Labs offers contract manufacturing and related services to businesses. You must be at least 18 and, if you use the site for a company, you confirm you are allowed to act for it.
Prices, minimum order quantities, unit costs, totals, and timelines shown on the site or in the estimate builder are estimates only. They are not an offer to sell and do not create a contract. Sending an estimate request or order request does not commit you or us to anything, and no payment is collected on this site.
A project only moves forward once we confirm the details with you and both sides agree to a written agreement or signed quote. Pricing, availability, ingredients, and formulas can change before then.
Specifications, payment terms, production schedules, testing, delivery, shipping, returns, and any refunds for a manufacturing project are set only in the written agreement for that project. Nothing on this site promises any particular shipping time, refund, or result. If these terms and a signed agreement conflict, the signed agreement wins.
Formula descriptions on this site are provided so businesses can evaluate what we manufacture. They are not medical advice and are not meant to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
As the brand owner, you are responsible for how your product is labeled, marketed, and sold, including compliance with FDA, FTC, state, and marketplace rules, unless your written agreement with us says otherwise. Label review or copy we provide is a service to help you, not a guarantee that a regulator or marketplace will accept your product or claims.
Keep your sign-in details private and let us know if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that misuse the site.
Please do not misuse the site. That includes trying to break or overload it, getting around security, scraping it with automated tools, submitting false information or someone else's details without permission, or using it for anything unlawful.
The text, images, logos, and design of this site belong to Nutricel Labs or our licensors. You may view and share pages for normal business purposes, but you may not copy or reuse our content without permission. Your own brand names, logos, and artwork stay yours, subject to your agreement with us.
The site links to other sites, including other Nutricel sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not control.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute about these terms or the site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Brevard County, Florida.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new effective date.
